Main project features
The building complex is a typical nineteenth-century unit. It consists of a large villa and farmhouses inserted in the historical center of Grugliasco.
The complex is subjected to the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage of Piedmont.
The villa has been restored and consolidated in its walls, vaults and in the horizontal elements, with the restoration of the decorative both internal and external.
Also for the old farm houses has been made a restoration and consolidation of the apparatus walls and vaults, with a substantial preserving what exists.
